Bulk / Wholesale Rush Order Policy

Same day order/pick-up services are difficult to arrange and expensive to achieve due to the logistics of prior patronage. We request a seven-day advance order for services requiring packaging, labeling, or special loading/handling beyond one-ton totes or pre- packaged, unlabeled sacks. Our policy and practice is to fill all orders chronologically. Same day orders place an exceptional burden on resources and a $50 surcharge will be applied for ALL rush orders. In addition, after 3:30 p.m., beginning at 4 p.m., there will be a $100 per hour labor surcharge to load any truck or container. Please avoid unnecessary labor and shipping costs by anticipating your needs and giving us sufficient lead time to avert same day rush orders and the surcharge.
